For sale is a mug with a great glaze made by The Fulper Pottery Company of Flemington, NJ. The mug is done in a "Buttressed Handled" or "Arts and Crafts" style shape. It is done in one of Fulper Pottery's most beautiful glazes known as "Leopard Skin Green Crystalline". The mug has a nice size to it as it stands 3 7/8" tall and is 5 5/8" in diameter at the widest point outside handle measurement.

The mug displays a wonderful arts and crafts shape with its buttress style handle. It has a wonderful leopard skin green crystalline background glaze that is accented with some brown at the top lip. These crystals are plentiful throughout. This mug was part of a water set and has a Tankard that goes with it.

This mug is considered to be in excellent condition as there are no cracks, nicks, chips or dings. The mug is marked on the underside bottom with Fulper's ink stamp inside of a rectangle "Fulper" mark. This is Fulper's earliest mark dating it to the Vasekraft years. This mug was made Circa 1909-1916. This mug is known as shape number T43M in the Fulper Catalog Pages and was part of a table water set according to the book on Fulper by Hibel-Defalco-Rago.

This is a wonderful example of this form and glaze from Fulper. I'm quite sure the buyer will be very pleased with their purchase.
